Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities, as well as conditions and procedures for service use between Ansbrick Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Company”) and users in using the website (https://www.ansbrick.kr, hereinafter “Site”) and related online/offline services operated by the Company

Article 2 (Definitions)

  ① “Service” refers to all related tasks such as block toy development, design, mold design, production, delivery, A/S, and online information provision services provided by the Company
  ② “User” refers to a person who accesses the Company's site and uses the services provided by the Company according to these Terms and Conditions
  ③ “Member” refers to a person who has signed a service use contract with the Company and has been granted a member ID
  ④ “Non-member” refers to a person who uses the service without registering as a member

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  ① These Terms become effective by being posted on the site
  ② The Company may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws (E-Commerce Act, Personal Information Protection Act, etc.)
  ③ If the Company changes the Terms, the changed Terms will be notified in advance through site announcements from 7 days prior to implementation

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

  ① The Company provides the following services:
     1. Provision of information related to block toy planning, design, production, and delivery
     2. Inquiry reception and quotation provision services
     3. Data download and project management services for members
     4. Other tasks determined by the Company
  ② The Company may change part or all of the services according to operational and technical needs, and will provide prior notice

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The service may be temporarily suspended due to natural disasters, system checks, technical failures, etc., and the Company will notify the reasons and period in advance or afterward

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

  ① The user applies for membership according to the procedure set by the Company, and the use contract is established when the Company approves it
  ② The Company may refuse membership registration in the following cases:
     1. Providing false information
     2. Stealing another person's name
     3. When it is against social order or violates laws

Article 7 (Obligations of Members) Members must not do the following acts:

  ① Stealing another person's information
  ② Acts that interfere with the Company's service operation
  ③ Acts that infringe upon the rights of a third party, such as copyrights
  ④ Acts contrary to public order and morals

Article 8 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company protects the users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and the Privacy Policy, and does its best to provide stable services

Article 9 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use)

If a member violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent acts, the Company may restrict the use of the service or terminate the contract after giving prior notice

Article 10 (Copyright)

  ① The copyright of all contents created by the Company belongs to the Company
  ② Users cannot reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publish contents without the Company's prior consent

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  ① The Company is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure such as communication failures
  ② The Company is not responsible for any hindrance in service use caused by reasons attributable to the user

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)
 
  ① Disputes related to these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea
  ② In case of a dispute between the Company and the user, the Seoul Central District Court will be the competent court

Article 13 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not specified in these Terms are subject to relevant laws and commercial practices
